Bringing Together Passion and Potential to Achieve Personal Change
I am a retired federal executive and United States Air Force veteran with more than 30 years of combined military and Department of Defense leadership experience. During my 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force, I developed a deep respect for mission clarity, disciplined execution, and accountability—principles that have shaped every leadership role I have held since.
After my military service, I continued serving within the Department of Defense, where I led complex operational programs and directed large civilian teams across domestic and international environments. My work required precision, coordination among diverse stakeholders, and the ability to produce measurable results in high-responsibility settings.
I am a graduate of the Naval Supply Systems Command Corporate Management & Development Program (CMDP), an executive-level leadership development program designed to prepare senior leaders for enterprise-wide responsibility. I hold dual master’s degrees in Leadership and Management and Information Systems Management, blending leadership theory with systems-based strategic thinking.
Throughout my federal career, I supervised senior professionals, supported large operational teams, and worked intentionally to build cultures rooted in trust, clarity, and performance accountability. I believe leadership is not situational—it is deliberate. It requires structure, reflection, and the discipline to grow continuously.
Today, as Founder and CEO of Bridging Passions LLC and Creator of The Leadership Elevation Framework™, I partner with public sector agencies and organizational leaders to elevate performance through executive coaching, transformational training, and strategic culture development. My framework provides structured methodologies that strengthen psychological safety, reinforce accountability, expand leadership capacity, and align individual growth with organizational mission objectives.
My work is grounded in real-world executive experience. I bridge operational discipline with leadership development to help organizations perform with consistency, resilience, and strategic clarity.
