With over 30 years of experience in military, federal, and international logistics leadership, I’ve led teams, navigated crises, developed future leaders, and built systems that deliver results.

I served as a GS-14 senior logistician, directing high-stakes operations for the U.S. Department of Defense across the globe — from Virginia to Bahrain. I’ve overseen multimillion-dollar supply chains, mentored rising professionals, coordinated humanitarian evacuations, and guided diverse teams under pressure.

But beyond the titles and missions, I discovered something deeper:
What truly drives me is helping people move from stuck to strategic, from overwhelmed to aligned.

As the former NAVSUP Mentor Program Coordinator in Bahrain and a graduate of the NAVSUP Corporate Management and Development Program (CMDP), I’ve always believed in developing others. That passion is what led me to found Bridging Passions LLC — where I now coach leaders, veterans, and professionals through purpose-driven transformation.

Today, I combine that legacy of leadership with certified coaching, academic insight, and spiritual grounding to help others lead with clarity, live with confidence, and move forward with meaning.
