Closing the Gap Between Potential and Performance

Bridging Passions LLC was founded by Gerald D. Bridgers, MA, to close the gap between operational leadership experience and lasting organizational performance. After more than three decades leading logistics operations across the U.S. military and federal civilian sectors, including command of five logistics divisions supporting the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet, Gerald recognized a consistent challenge across government, defense, and private-sector organizations alike: leadership potential often goes untapped without structure, accountability, and intentional development.

Bridging Passions exists to bridge that gap, connecting individual purpose with organizational performance through coaching, training, and structured leadership systems that produce measurable results.
